3. Membership Terms
Membership is open to individuals meeting the qualifications described on our membership page. By applying, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. NESOT reserves the right to reject or terminate membership at its discretion.
Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our cancellation policy. Renewal is due annually; failure to renew may result in loss of member benefits.
4. Event Registration
Registration for NESOT events constitutes a binding agreement to pay the applicable fees. Cancellations are subject to the policy stated on the event page. NESOT may modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit.
By attending an event, you consent to photography and recording for promotional purposes.
5. Payments and Fees
All fees are payable in the currency stated at the time of transaction. Payment must be received in full before access to member benefits or events is granted. We use secure third‑party payment processors; NESOT does not store your payment details.
In case of disputed charges, please contact us immediately. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of NESOT or its licensors and is protected by Tanzanian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
